Werkstudent im Customer Service (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erfasst Aufträge, indem du die Kunden-Nr., Artikelnummern, Mengen, Lieferanschrift und den Liefertermin eingibst und eine Auftragsbestätigung erstellst
- Du gleichst die Kundenbestellung mit der Auftragsbestätigung ab und kontrollierst, ob die Datenpflege korrekt ist
- Du versendest die Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail an die Kund:innen
- Du wickelst den Auftragsprozess ab, indem du Liefertermine mit Teammitgliedern aus angrenzenden Abteilungen (Planning/Sourcing/Logistik) abstimmst und den Auftragsstatus in Navision prüfst, um die auftragsbezogene Produktion abzustimmen und für Kundennachfragen bzgl. Rückständen bereit zu sein
- Du bearbeitest Preisanfragen und erstellst Kurz-Angebote per E-Mail
